Dee Wright Observatory Elopement

A couple poses on an Oregon lava flow with rain and wind blowing in around them.

Elopement Photography at Dee Wright Observatory with Hannah and her partner Trevor. Thank you two for joining me on this frigid, blustery, and moody Oregon day!

Atop McKenzie Pass, amongst black A A “Ah Ah” lava flows, sits Dee Wright Observatory, the perfect place for an Oregon elopement. The wild weather and model Hannah So’s black dress mixed perfectly with this newborn landscape (according to the USFS, this lava flow erupted from Yapoah Cone 2,600 to 2,900 years ago, just a baby!). Florist Preston Burton provided a bouquet using dried floral from Rhythm and Blooms and added locally foraged plants.
